15 Minute Hold
Reservations will be held for 15 minutes. If you do not check out and pay for the reservation within that time frame, your reservation will be cancelled.
Confirmation Emails
You will receive an email confirming your payment and reservation. If you do not pay for the reservation within 15 minutes, the reservation will be cancelled and you will receive an email that it is cancelled. PKL is not liable for unpaid/unconfirmed court reservations.
Gift Cards
Our new system unfortunately does not recognize our gift cards. To redeem a gift card for a court, please email info@playpkl.com with the gift card number and it will be added to your account. Gift cards cannot be applied to court reservations retroactively.
