Group Bookings

PKL would love to host your event and will tailor your experience to your group’s interest. We specialize in events of all sizes, and can host private events, tournaments, birthday parties, corporate offsites, game watch parties, and more! Group bookings can be made beyond the 7 day public booking window and include Food and Beverage minimums or packages.

General Group Booking Info

Small Group Bookings

Hard cap up to 24 people
Can book up to 30 days in advance
Pre-order food off the normal menu, due 48 hours prior to event start
Rentals paid upfront and contract required
Your reservation is not confirmed until you sign the PKL contract and pay the space rental invoice
Food and Beverage minimum can be on multiple tabs, but if minimum is not met, the host is required to pay the difference
7% F&B Tax, 20% Gratuity, and 3% Admin Fee will be added to your Food & Beverage Bill
Events changed, rebooked, or cancelled within 1 week of event date will lose the space rental fee

Cancellation Policy

Court fees must be paid up front.
Contract via docusign will be sent alongside court rental invoice

Large Group Bookings

Groups of 25-400
Food & Bev options starting at $50pp, with Food and Open Bar packages available for additional costs
Can be budget accommodating for various event options and types
Court configuration and duration based on group size. Can accommodate more or less courts as needed. More info in our Event Guide.
Groups of 25-50 can book 3-4 months out. 50-400 can book 6-12 months out.
Contract and CC Auth Form required to book events, no deposit or prepayment required

Corporate Offsites

Host a meeting your employees actually want to attend! PKL specializes in hosting fun non-traditional offsite meetings. PKL has the ability to seat up to 150+ with full AV capabilities including video, slideshow, speakers, mics and anything else you may need to add.

Pickleball Events

For 25-40 people

PKL Donates:

2 courts for up to 2hrs

F&B Min:

$1,250 in food & beverage spend

For 50-75 people

PKL Donates:

2 courts + back bar for up to 2hrs

F&B Min:

$2,000 in food & beverage spend

CORNHOLE and HANG

For 25-100 people

PKL Donates:

Faded Monkey Lounge and Cornhole Room for up to 2 hrs. More space can be provided if needed

F&B Min:

$750 in food & beverage spend

Other Fundraisers

PKL would love to host your fundraising event and can offer space on a limited basis. 

Available Nights Include:

Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Wednesday and Thursday event times:

Only available if ending before 6pm or starting after 7pm or later. 

Discounts:

Discounts will be offered on rental rates, but F&B packages or Min Spends will still be required.
