Group Bookings
PKL is known for hosting the most memorable events around, providing an experience balanced with pickleball and other games, delicious food from Pig Beach, and a selection of some of the best craft beers and cocktails in the city of Boston! We would love to host your event and will tailor your experience to your group's interest.
Group bookings can be made in advance of the 7 day public booking window, providing you a private, cohesive space to hang with your crew. For more information on our event packages, click the button below or submit an inquiry form below.
General Group Booking Info
Small Group Event
For groups of 24 or fewer people we offer the following:
1.5 Hour Pickleball Court
2 Hour Pickleball Court
2 Hour Faded Monkey Lounge Party
2 Hour Cornhole + Faded Monkey Lounge Party
Small Group Bookings
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you sign the PKL contract and pay the space rental invoice.
- Pre-order food for best planning, all pre-orders are due 48hrs prior to event start.
- You can not book an event without the F&B portion.
- Food and beverage minimum can be on multiple tabs, if minimum is not met (not including tax, tip, admin fee) the host is required to pay the difference.
- After reaching your minimum you will be billed upon consumption.
- 7% F&B tax, 20% gratuity, and 3% admin fee will be added to your food+beverage bill.

Large Group Bookings
For groups of 25-500 people
Groups of 25-50 can book ~3-4 months out, and up to 500 up to ~12 months out.
Food & Bev
- Flexible Food and Beverage options, with minimums starting at $40pp
- All food made in house daily by award winning partner Pig Beach, featuring a wide array of hand helds such as burgers and sandwiches, as well as salads, BBQ, and delicious homemade desserts
- Open Bar packages available
- Can be budget accommodating for various event options and types

Court configuration and duration based on group size. Can accommodate more or less courts as needed.

Corporate Offsites
Overview
Host a meeting your employees actually want to attend! PKL specializes in hosting fun non-traditional offsite meetings. PKL has the ability to seat up to 150+ with full AV capabilities including video, slideshow, speakers, mics and anything else you may need to add.
Fundraisers
Available Nights Include:
Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Wednesday and Thursday event times:
Only available if ending before 6pm or starting after 7pm or later.
Discounts:
Discounts will be offered on rental rates, but F&B packages or Min Spends will still be required.

Pickleball
For 25-40 people
PKL Donates: 2 courts for up to 2hrs
F&B Min: $1250 in food & beverage spend
For 50-75 people
PKL Donates: 2 courts + back bar for up to 2hrs
F&B Min: $2000 in food & beverage spend
Cornhole and Hang
For 25-100 people
PKL Donates: Faded Monkey Lounge and Cornhole Room for up to 2 hrs. More space can be provided if needed
F&B Min: $750 in food & beverage spend
