Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations
Do I need to make a reservation to come and hang?
Nope. You don’t even need to play pickleball if you don’t want to. We have shuffleboard, cornhole, a lounge, dining room, and two bars. You do you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Court reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation are subject to the full court fee. Reservations cancelled outside of 24 hours will be refunded to your account balance and can be applied to a similar reservation category in the future.
Do you offer private parties, corporate events or full/partial buy-outs?
Absolutely! You can book two pickleball courts for two hours that accommodates 24 people. For reservations that are 2 hours+ or for 25+ people, please check out our events page.
What’s included in my court reservation?
When you’re booking a court with PKL, you’re booking an experience. With each booking, you will receive complimentary paddles and equipment rentals as well as a private courtside cabana with food and beverage service. The more the merrier, meaning some can play and some can sit back, make line calls and sip on a cocktail.
When do court reservations open?
Court reservations open seven days prior to the booking date. Reservations are recommended to dine and can be made on our website. No reservations required to hang in our Faded Monkey Lounge or enjoy our cornhole area.
How large of a group can I bring when I make a court reservation?
While we do not cap the number of people per court reservation, there is limited seating and space around each court. We recommend groups of up to 12 people per pickleball court reservation and up to 8 per shuffleboard court. If you are looking to make a group reservation, we recommend securing this in advance by contacting events@playpkl.com. For more info on timing and rates, see our group booking page.
